简历:
　　1959年4月出生，博导，长期从事以滑坡为主的山地灾害理论和减灾技术等方面的研究，兼承特大型崩塌、深基坑和一些大型泥石流治理工程设计。业务特长是针对疑难、重大灾害体的新型组合工程结构设计和现场应急处理技术。

　　1978年-1982年在兰州铁道学院学习，土木工程学士；1982年-2003年在铁道部科学研究院工作；2004年-2010年在成都理工大学学习，地质工程博士。2003年至今在中国科学院水利部成都山地灾害与环境研究所工作。

研究领域:

滑坡（崩塌）机理与防治技术  

获奖及荣誉:
2010—2014年获省部级科技进步一等奖1项，三等奖1项。

　　如本世纪初交通部特别关注的二郎山隧道东西引道滑坡群综合治理项目、“5·12”抗震救灾中备受全国人民牵挂的生命线节点——老虎嘴巨型崩塌堰塞体创新处置工程设计技术、已濒临交通灾难事故的黄金旅游线九环线小宗渠古滑坡应急处置与永久治理工程技术和有望成为迄今为止国家地灾单体立项投资最大的樟木口岸滑坡综合交叉治理技术等等。
